These Terms of use govern access to the AlphaGoat terminal, the AlphaGoat website, and related services we provide around trading workflows, account connectivity, and platform operations.

By using AlphaGoat, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the revised version on this page and update the effective date.

When using AlphaGoat, you agree that you will not:

• copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions of the platform without written permission;
• build extensions, scripts, overlays, mirrors, or automations that alter the website or service in unauthorized ways;
• use scraping, automated extraction, or other unauthorized access methods;
• abuse, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the stability or security of AlphaGoat and its infrastructure;
• use the service to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful material;
• collect user data without valid consent or use AlphaGoat in a way that infringes the rights of other parties.

You are responsible for activity performed under your account, including the security of your credentials and connected exchange API keys.

You must connect only exchange accounts and API credentials that you are authorized to control. You remain responsible for permissions, limits, and trading outcomes on those connected venues.

AlphaGoat may suspend or limit access where we detect security risks, misuse, integrity issues, or violations of these terms.

AlphaGoat provides trading software, workflow tooling, and risk-management controls. It does not provide investment advice, fiduciary services, or guarantees of profitability.

Trading digital assets and derivatives involves substantial risk, including the risk of loss. You are solely responsible for evaluating orders, configurations, automation, and connected-account activity before execution.

Features such as setup parsing, take-profit ladders, stop-loss logic, breakeven triggers, DCA management, and other terminal tools are operator aids, not guarantees of any trading outcome.

The AlphaGoat service, interface, branding, software, and associated materials are owned by AlphaGoat or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose in accordance with these terms.

You retain ownership of content, data, or materials you submit to AlphaGoat, subject to the permissions needed for us to provide the service.

Where necessary to operate the platform, you grant AlphaGoat a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and adapt your submitted content strictly for service delivery, support, and security purposes.

AlphaGoat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, AlphaGoat disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

AlphaGoat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform, including losses connected to trading activity, connected exchanges, automation, interruptions, or unavailable data.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to AlphaGoat if we believe you have violated these terms, created a security risk, or used the platform in a way that could harm AlphaGoat, its users, or connected services.

You may stop using AlphaGoat at any time. Certain provisions that are intended to survive termination will remain in effect after your access ends.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full effect.

These terms are governed by the law specified in the final published legal version used by AlphaGoat operations. The final legal copy should be reviewed by counsel before production use.
